This Privacy Policy applies to current and former visitors to the Sealed website and to online as well as offline customers. This Privacy Policy informs how Sealed uses your personal data when you visit our website, interact with us, and/or buy our goods.

Data Controller

Our website, Sealed.ae, sells print and packaging items which are aimed at business users – from SMEs and start-ups to corporates.

The Controller of the User’s personal data is the Seller, Sealed, which is registered in the United Arab Emirates.

 Scope of Data Processing

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified.

Sealed collects information about Customers and visitors to the Sealed website or other offline channels. This personal data falls into these categories:

• Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifiers
• Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and mobile numbers.
• If you would like to have your order executed, Sealed collects financial and transaction data such as payment card details and other details of products and services purchased.
• Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, preferences, or feedback, as well as any profile data which we have added (example, using analytics such as Google analytics or profiling such as Clickmap).

• Uploaded Content data – Any image or design file uploaded to the Sealed server will be automatically collected and saved.
• Any order created will be automatically collected and saved until deleted by the user who created the order. If packaging item(s) have been ordered, they can no longer be deleted.

Direct interactions. You may give us your Identity, Contact and Financial Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or through chat or social media or WhatsApp.

This includes personal data you provide when you:

• create an account on the Sealed website;
• create designs for products on the Sealed website;
• order samples and/or products;
• engage with us on social media;
• enter a promotion or survey;
