Currently, we have 9 standard sizes that work for a variety of items, but we
understand that you may have specific requirements on sizing. Reach out to us

After approving your digital proof, the bags will go into production. Give us
7-10 business days to get them ready. If you are in a time crunch, give us a
call and we will see what we can do to expedite your order.

We suggest sending your artwork in PDF or AI format with fonts embedded and
images with a resolution of 300 DPI or more (lower resolution means your print
won’t come out nice and crisp, it’ll be pixelated). Though we don’t require you
to send us your artwork on dielines, this definitely expedites the process,
meaning you’ll get your artwork sooner.

Sure, we can process the cancellation of your order before you approve the
digital artwork. Anything after that is not possible as we start production.
